I apreciated the hotel's central position a lot. it allowed easy access to local attractions. The bed was comfortable and facilitated rest after long days. The friendly staff were very helpful with directions. The shower had good pressure. I liked that.
The tv remote did not work properly. I had to manually change channels. it was a minor inconvenience .

the location was perfect close to everything i needed. the staff was very helpful and friendly. breakfast is basic but worked well for a first day before finding alternatives.
The room was big. the balcony on the roof needed a bit more cleaning.

Each morning they offered an excellent breakfast. The restaurant was open for lunch and dinner! the staff arrived to serve breakfast and quickly got supplies. i really liked this.

the location was acceptable for exploring the area.
The room had a bad smell, sort of musty and damp. i didn't get any direct sunlight. My room faced a courtyard where all the air conditioning units were located (a real treat). i also found a few bugs crawling on the floor.

amazing locationdark roomplastered areas
the location was amazing it was very central making it easy to get everywhere like the ferry and bus station that were only a short walk away.
the room i was given felt quite dark the window faced a small internal courtyard it made the room feel closed off i also noticed recently plastered areas in the bathroom those areas were not properly finished it was like a detail overlooked.

I was quite annoyed that the mini fridge in my room just didn't work, a real inconvenience. i needed it to keep some drinks cold! the shower also had a problem. It didn't drain fast enough, causing the water to rise. this.
